Mar de Sueños is a social start-up that, through sports, strives to transmit values, virtues and high goals for kids in the Salvadoran coast line, empowering their personal and professional development. The pillars of action for ‘Mar de Sueños‘ are: Education: As the main tool for personal and professional growth. This is possible providing the kids with scholarships for their studies. Values: As the soft skills for the empowerment and differentiation of young professionals. Sports: As the channel for transmiting, through a fun and subtle way, values and virtues.
What we do?
Our Social Responsibility Program helps companies and individuals who want to collaborate positively with childhood through sports, in order to make a positive impact with values, virtues, and high ideals on the children of the coastal areas of El Salvador through sports and personalized coaching. Additionally, we aim to generate opportunities for broad horizons through benefits that lead them to excel personally and professionally. We have the expertise and know-how of an international and successful athlete, as well as volunteers from a highly prestigious university in El Salvador.
How we do it?
The methodology for teenagers with personality is based on three educational pillars: Academic Education: The main goal of this pillar is to provide opportunities for school scholarships at various educational levels, from primary schools to universities. Values Education: This aspect is conveyed through coaching sessions and the exploration of movies and books focused on personal development, specifically designed for adolescents with personality. Sports Education: This component focuses on instilling values through interactive gaming activities, emphasizing the practical application of those values.
For whom?
We are committed to providing quality work from the age of 10 until graduation, and in the future, to be able to place them in respectable jobs. That's why every year we select a maximum of 15-20 beneficiaries, including boys and girls.
